Custom SS304 electropolished filter bag support basket with a reinforced perforated cylindrical body. Designed to support industrial filter bags and, where perforation size permits, retain coarse solids in liquid filtration systems.
This custom filter bag support basket is fabricated from SS304 stainless steel with a perforated cylindrical body, reinforced vertical ribs and a wide upper mounting rim. The confirmed dimensions are 490 mm outer diameter, 410 mm inner diameter and 630 mm height. Its rigid perforated construction provides mechanical support for a compatible filter bag during liquid filtration, helping prevent the bag from expanding excessively or collapsing under differential pressure. The electropolished finish is available as the confirmed surface treatment for this product. Industrial bag-filter designs commonly use 304 or 316 stainless steel perforated baskets for this supporting function.
The basket can also provide coarse solids retention when its perforation size is selected for the target particles, while an optional stainless steel wire mesh liner can be added when finer retention is required. Filtration accuracy therefore depends on the selected perforation, mesh liner or installed filter bag rather than a universal micron rating for the basket itself. Diameter, height, perforation pattern, mesh lining, rim and structural details can be customized to equipment drawings. The removable stainless steel construction also permits inspection and cleaning, making it suitable for replacement components, custom process equipment, filter bag support and OEM industrial filtration solutions.
