Cleanable sintered metal mesh cartridge for chemical liquids, catalyst and carbon recovery, and oil filtration. Multi layer woven mesh provides stable particle retention, while DOE, 222, 226 and threaded ends allow installation in different filter housings.
This filter cartridge is made from multiple layers of woven metal mesh that are bonded by sintering into a rigid filtration structure. The bonded mesh helps maintain stable pore geometry under pressure and during repeated cleaning. SS304 and SS316L are the primary materials, with Hastelloy, Inconel or Monel available for compatible process conditions. DOE, 222/SOE, 226/SOE and threaded end connections allow the cartridge to fit different filter housings, while 10″, 20″, 30″ and 40″ lengths cover common industrial cartridge formats. Similar sintered metal mesh cartridges are commercially available with DOE, SOE and threaded configurations.
Typical applications include catalyst solids recovery, decolorizing carbon removal, chemical process filtration, oil and lubrication filtration, and protection of downstream equipment from suspended particles. The sintered mesh can be regenerated by backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning or compatible chemical cleaning when operating conditions permit. Its cleanable metal construction makes it suitable for reusable industrial filtration solutions where stable particle retention and repeated service are required.
